Best Kettle On The MarketI love this kettle. I mash, boil, and ferment (sometimes). I had to buy a false bottom from another company and modify it, because they don't have a 10 gallon false bottom in stock on the Anvil online store, but it works great. There are so many features on this kettle that make it functional it's awesome. The hole on the lid with the plug is great for bringing things to a boil, then when I'm sparging I remove the plug which helps with flow but keeps the grain bed warm. The thermometer is a great feature, very accurate and easy to read. The dip tube is great and turns well. The gallon marks are great and accurate. I truly love this kettle, I can't imagine a better one on the market. I really wish they had the 10 gallon false bottom in stock so I didn't have to build my own. I may end up building an electric system with these kettles.

10 gallon kettle with ferment in a kettle optionLove this 10 gallon kettle with the ferment in a kettle option ( have the 7.5 gallon also and used it when I was using extracts) . I BIAB and it works great for that. Being able to brew and ferment in the same kettle saves, time, money, cleaning and most of all room - one vessel does it all. I have it on a counter top with a induction top, once done with the boil I cool, pitch and seal and let it set - no heavy lifting - no pumps - no contamination chances. The counter is high enough that I can put it right in the keg from where I boiled and fermented. I also installed Blichmans BrewVision temp gauge. Making super easy to not baby set the kettle while brewing. It truly is a best buy especially with the Ferment in a Kettle option
