Upgraded from aluminum to stainless steel awesomenessWhen I started out I was gifted aluminum pots, which served me well for several years. But I always wanted Stainless Steel (I mean, who doesn't?). This has been my main vessel for the past several years and still, after a good cleaning, looks brand new. Construction is solid. Fittings are solid. Welds are solid. Measurement lines are as dark as the day I bought it. The whole construction gives off a premium feel but for a price that doesn't break the bank for what it is. I have a feeling this pot will outlive us all.
