California Proposition 65

What is California Proposition 65?

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals. The general Proposition 65 notice is as follows: WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Our Commitment to Compliance

We prioritize ethical and responsible business practices, adhering to all applicable laws, including California Proposition 65. Out of an abundance of caution, we provide the required Proposition 65 warning for any listed substances (as detailed on the OEHHA website: The Proposition 65 List | OEHHA) present in our components. Given our extensive product line, comprehensive testing for Safe Harbor levels across our entire catalog is neither physically nor financially feasible. This warning does not indicate that our products pose a health risk. Furthermore, a Proposition 65 warning does not imply non-compliance with any product safety standards or regulations.
