This 21″ whirlpool works perfectly with the 10.5 Gallon Foundry™, brew kettles, and any other brewing system. The rotating rubber piece allows it to secure to the side of any vessel, no matter the thickness. The Swirly™ uses a 1/2″ Straight Pipe Thread for hose connections and includes a hose barb for connecting your water supply. Patent pending.

Anvil Swirly 21" is TRIPLE FANTASTIC :TRIPLE FANTASTIC :) Use it to keep Heavy Wheat and Oats suspended in my ANVIL Foundry 10.5 so they will not scorch the bottom heat plate. Lastly I too SWIRL while chilling with OEM SS Chiller w/ Foundry 10.5 kit, cools 6 gallons in just 16 minuets and it also leaves the hop and protein bottom materials in a nice mini mountain in center of kettle so I lastly use the pump and swirly arm to pump it into my Fer-mentor with no mess.

Not just for whirlpooling! At first, I was asking myself if I was going to write a review on something that to the casual eye looks to be a simple piece of bent stainless steel tubing. But after several months of use, I knew I had to share my experience. When I purchased my Anvil 10.5 Foundry, this had to be the biggest no-brainer add-on to that order. The Swirly, paired with my Blichmann Riptide Pump and a counter-flow chiller, provides a nice whirlpool and quick chilling to my brew. But here is the best part, it's not just for whirlpooling! Once my wort is at pitching temp I turn off the pump, move the Swirly from my kettle to my Anvil 7.5 Bucket Fermenter, fire up the pump, and I am transferring like a pro! No mess and oh so simple! Super easy to clean, feels solid in the hand, and the rubber piece is easy to adjust so you can get that snug fit right against your kettle (or fermenter). All in all, another great accessory from Anvil!
