Great capperI’ve been using a double-wing capper for a number of years. I’ve always had my eye on a bench capper, but never made the purchase. Should have done it a lot sooner. This capper is rock solid. The elongated base makes the unit very stable. The capping mechanism is metal, unlike others and provides a very positive feel. It makes my bottling process significantly quicker.
